Warranty and Return Policy

Jets Air Pro products are covered with a one to three year warranty, depending on the product, against any defects in manufacturing.

Jets Air Pro’s obligation to the sale is limited only to the repair or replacement of defective goods. The alleged defective goods must be returned within the product’s warranty period from the original shipping date and is subject to verification by Jets Air Pro Quality Assurance Department. Jets Air Pro shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or contingent damages.

Jets Air Pro warrants only that the goods shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one to three years, depending on product, from the original shipping date.

This warranty specifically excludes damages or wear-and-tear caused by misuse, abrasion, corrosion, negligence, accidents or faulty installation.

Unauthorized alteration to the original part voids the warranty.
